We have had the BEST weather/wind for sailing this week. Every day it has blown a steady 20 to 25 knots! This crew has is getting really skilled in hoisting sails and making this boat fly. We have gone to and from anchor every day under sail – no engine power to get where we want to be. Today we had to back ourselves out of the anchorage under sail to take off sailing on the tack we wanted. The Spannker Crew had to backwind their sail from one side of the ship to the other under the Captain’s command. It was awesome!!! Each day we have managed to get in a beach or island excursion, and “kick butt” sail, and a snorkel. We are all making the most of each day and having a blast!
