Incredible Time with Troop 62

If this Crew is sailing, snorkeling, beaching or eating….they are happy!  We are so impressed how well these guys listen, follow directions, want to do their very best, learn and execute so quickly.  The Scouts are running the ship!  The adult leaders are having a vacation.  And the Captain and “Admiral” Linda are having a blast with Troop 62 from Carlinville, IL!!
I have not been able to post pictures earlier because where we take our crews is more in the “outback” secluded islands and reefs and the Internet signal is not strong enough to get these pictures downloaded.  Thank you for your patience ~

  1. Thank you so much for posting pictures Admiral Linda! They look like they are having a great time!

  2. Hats off to Captain Thomas and Ms. Linda for a truly unexpected and outstanding experience. Beyond snorkeling and sailing the 13 scouts (and 5 adults) worked as a team from shore leave to shop chores to evening events. Over the 7 day trip each member of our Troop shined in their own way.

We appreciate your posted pictures and updates to our families, not an easy task at sea.

Fair winds and following seas and long may your big jib draw.

  3. We appreciate Captain Thomas and Ms. Linda for providing an outstanding and unexpected week of sailing and snorkeling. Our 13 Scouts (and 5 adults) were given the chance to shine in their own way. The boys will remember this week for a lifetime.

Thanks for the website updates and pictures. We know how difficult that was while at sea.

Fair winds and following seas and long may your big jib draw.

    1. Loved our time with you, Collin and all of Troop 62! And I will take your wishes for fair winds and following seas and may our big jib draw on our ocean passage to the Dominican Republic!
