Morely and Camp Family FUN Vacation

Such an absolute joy to have these two families on board! John Morely and his son Phil were aboard Ciganka 2 years ago with their Boy Scout Troop. NOW it was time to experience this with their family and the Camp family (plus Meredith)! The wind was light most of the week which made for incredible snorkeling. On Sandy Cay reef, John and John saw 3 huge – I mean huge – lobsters. How big were they?? And Pam had the snorkeling experience of her life on Fowle Cay reef. You’ll have to ask her about that! We saw turtles, eagle rays, sting rays, a big green moray eel, several differnt kinds of sharks, barracudas, and all the various reef fish. We did get in an awesome sail on Wednesday. We hoisted full sail and scooted along nicely with John at the helm. Dr. John did put in a gallant effort in fishing. He got a good strike one day but it got off the hook. We ate delicious meals, drank some good drinks, played Apples to Apples, and laughed a lot! We missed Kara this week but she was with us in spirit. All her girls said what a “cool Mom” she is! We want you aboard next time Kara! Thank you to both families who have made a big imprint on our hearts.
